How it works

  • Feed: Liquid is introduced into the system.
  • Preheating: Initial heating to prepare the liquid for evaporation.
  • Falling Film Evaporation: Liquid film evaporates on the tube walls.
  • Forced Circulation: High viscosity liquids are circulated forcefully to enhance evaporation.
  • Vapor Compression: Vapor is compressed using the MVR fan.
  • Condensation: Heat from compressed vapor is used for further evaporation.
  • Output: Clean condensate and highly concentrated liquids are collected.
