How it works

  • Feed: High viscosity liquid is introduced.
  • Circulation: Liquid is circulated forcefully through the evaporator.
  • Heating: Liquid is heated to initiate evaporation.
  • Evaporation: Water vapor is separated from the concentrated liquid.
  • Compression: Vapor is compressed by the MVR fan.
  • Condensation: Compressed vapor condenses, providing heat for further evaporation.
  • Output: Clean condensate and concentrated product are collected.
